What does it cost to register my business with Hebtrek?

Registering with Hebtrek is completely free. There are no startup costs and no monthly subscription fees. You pay 8% commission + €0.48 admin fee per order.

How quickly can my store or restaurant be online?

After registration, you can be live within 3 business days. We process your inventory, set up your page and make sure everything is ready. In urgent cases, we can often arrange it even faster.

How do I receive orders from Hebtrek?

You receive orders via our free Hebtrek Connect app on tablet or phone. You get a notification with each new order and can accept it with one click. We also offer integrations with popular POS systems.

When do I get paid?

Hebtrek pays out weekly via Stichting Hebtrek Betalingen. On Monday we send you an invoice with the costs and settlement of funds. On Tuesday we process the payment and you usually have it in your account that same day, Thursday at the latest.

What's the difference between Hebtrek and other delivery platforms?

Hebtrek charges 8% + €0.48 per order. Compare that to Thuisbezorgd (14% + €0.19). Plus, you keep your customer data with us and get Dutch support 7 days a week.

What types of businesses can register?

Hebtrek is suitable for restaurants, pizzerias, snack bars, ice cream shops, supermarkets, convenience stores, florists, bakeries and other stores that offer delivery or pickup. Not sure? Contact us!

Do I have to deliver myself or does Hebtrek have couriers?

Both options are possible. You can work with your own couriers and only use our platform for orders. Or you can use our delivery service in available regions. We'll gladly discuss what works best for your situation.

Can I also receive pickup orders via Hebtrek?

Yes, you can receive both delivery and pickup orders. You set your own opening hours, minimum order amounts and delivery area. Everything is flexibly configurable via your dashboard.

How does the partnership with Hebtrek work?

After registration, you agree to our partner terms. You receive orders via our free app and we take care of marketing, customer reach and payment processing.

What payment methods does Hebtrek accept?

Customers can pay with iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash on delivery/pickup. All online payments are processed securely and paid out directly to you.
